  • If you are a group tools user/package tools user, and any one/two tools are not working for a long time or few times, then you can’t ask for a refund.
  • You can’t ask for a total paid amount refund after 3 days later of your subscription activation date of any tools or packages.
  • We do not offer a refund for a trial subscription or amount less than 1 Us dollar or equal to other currency.
  • We do not offer refunds & charges for bonus tools.
  • Refund is not applicable for downloadable products or digital licenses.
  • A refund is not applicable when you violate our terms of conditions & blocked/suspended by the site admin.

Refund Process & Time:

It can take up to 10-30 working days to get the refund. You will get a membership cancelation, suspension or refund notification mail on your registered email address. You will get the total or partial refund amount to the original account where you were debited. For example: If you paid through bKash, you would get a refund on your bKash wallet. If you paid through your card/net banking, you would receive a refund on your card/bank.
