Refund Process & Time:

It can take up to 10-30 working days to get the refund. You will get a membership cancelation, suspension or refund notification mail on your registered email address. You will get the total or partial refund amount to the original account where you were debited. For example: If you paid through bKash, you would get a refund on your bKash wallet.
